Back, neck, shoulder, with cervical and lumbar pain has long been attributed to enlarged breasts. Acquired curvature of the spine due to years of pain and stooping can all be corrected with a breast reduction. Large breasts can be a source for "too much attention," giving rise to personal embarrassment. Breast reduction surgery can reduce the size and weight of the breasts and even create a more cosmetic appearance. Unfortunately, today's HMO's and insurance carriers are very unwilling to cover the expenses for this important and curative surgery. We have developed a plan for the surgery for such cases.
